Aluminum profile shot blasting machine

Aluminum Profile Shot Blasting Machine
The aluminum profile shot blasting machine is an upgraded and updated equipment redesigned and developed on the basis of the original shot blasting machine models, which is widely adapted to the surface treatment requirements of modern aluminum profiles. The equipment's service performance, shot blasting surface quality, and single-machine output have all reached the leading level among similar domestic and foreign equipment.Profiles after shot blasting can effectively remove defects such as extrusion lines, welding lines, and coarse grains. Combined with surface chemical treatment technology, it can process profiles with different brightness and color. By selecting stainless steel shots of different particle sizes, different surface roughness or delicate metallic texture effects can be achieved.
Performance Indicators
The overall indicators present three-dimensional advantages:
◆Conveying and Adaptation Parameters:Roller conveyor speed: 1.2~4.5m/min (stepless speed regulation; 3.0~4.5m/min for lightweight door and window profiles, 1.2~2.5m/min for heavy-duty rail transit profiles);Adaptable aluminum profile specifications: length ≤ 12m (supports butt-joint conveyor for ultra-long profiles), cross-sectional dimensions ≤ 300mm (width) × 200mm (height) (e.g., I-shaped, channel-shaped, and special-shaped curtain wall profiles);Roller spacing: 600~1000mm (adjustable to prevent profile bending and sagging).
◆Cleaning Grade and Surface Quality: The oxide layer cleaning grade for aluminum and aluminum alloys shall be ≥ GB/T 8923.2-2022 Grade Sa2.5 (no visible oil, grease or dirt on the surface; oxide layer residue ≤ 1%). The surface roughness shall be Ra 20~60μm (in compliance with GB/T 13288-2022), which ensures adhesion for subsequent anodizing/spray coating and prevents uneven paint film thickness caused by excessively high roughness.
◆Service Life of Core Components:Conveyor rollers (polyurethane-coated + 45# steel core): ≥ 5000 operating hours;Shot blaster blades (1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel): ≥ 1800 operating hours;Separation efficiency of the shot separator: ≥ 99.6% (preventing impurities from mixing into the shot and scratching profiles).
