Crawler-type shot blasting machines are mainly suitable for surface treatment, rust removal, and shot peening strengthening processes of small and medium-sized castings and forgings in various hardware tools. This equipment is applicable to different production scales; it can be used as a single machine or in combination with multiple machines. It can form a production cleaning line when matched with continuous conveyors and other supporting equipment, and is an ideal cleaning device for large and medium-sized workpieces to be cleaned. Crawler-type shot blasting machines have the advantages of advanced design, reasonable structure, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

Performance Indicators

The overall indicators present three-dimensional advantages:

◆Crawler conveying speed: 0.8~3.0 m/min (stepless speed regulation available, adaptable to cleaning needs of different workpieces). Among them, the processing speed for light workpieces (5~20 kg, such as automobile bolts, hardware accessories) is ≥ 2.0 m/min, and the processing speed for medium workpieces (20~50 kg, such as gearbox housings, agricultural machinery gears) is ≥ 1.0 m/min;

◆Rust removal grade: ≥ GB8923-88 Sa2.5 (corresponding to international standard ISO 8501-1:2007 Sa2.5). The residual amount of scale and rust on the steel surface is ≤ 2%, and there shall be no visible oil, dirt or welding slag;

◆Service Life of Core Components：rack Plates (made of Mn13 wear-resistant steel): ≥ 2,500 hours; Shot Blaster Blades (high-chromium cast iron material): ≥ 1,500 hours; Dust Removal Filter Cartridges: ≥ 6,000 hours;
