The belt bucket type shot TD elevator is composed of a shell, a belt, shot buckets, a driving roller, a driven roller, plummer blocks, a belt tensioning device, a shaft-mounted reducer and various fasteners.

To ensure that the conveying belt does not slip during operation, the roller is made into a squirrel-cage type. This not only increases the friction between the lifting belt and the pulley, avoids the slipping phenomenon of the old-fashioned smooth pulley, but also reduces the pre-tightening force of the lifting belt and prolongs the service life of the lifting belt.

For the convenience of maintenance, an inspection observation window is arranged on the side of the lifting box body, and a feeding hopper is made at the level with the ground, which provides convenience for operators to add shot and carry out maintenance in the future.

The function of the bucket elevator is to lift the used shot and some sundries to the highest point of the whole machine's shot circulation, and throw them from the discharge port to the upper horizontal (separator) screw conveyor.
