The overhead conveyor shot blasting machine is a specialized cleaning equipment independently designed and developed by our company, incorporating advanced foreign technologies. Its main purposes are to remove rust, scale, dirt, and other contaminants from the surface of workpieces, revealing the natural metallic luster of the metal surface; eliminate internal stresses within the workpieces; enhance the adhesion of paint films during painting; and to improve both the surface and internal quality of the workpieces. The shot blasting chamber is equipped with a total of 16 shot blasters, ensuring full coverage of the entire workpiece surface. The cleaning process operates continuously without interruption, significantly improving work efficiency.

The overall indicators present three-dimensional advantages:

◆Hourly Processing Capacity:For medium-sized workpieces (such as automobile frames, engineering machinery brackets, with a single weight of 50~200 kg), the hourly processing capacity is ≥25 pieces;For small-sized workpieces (such as agricultural machinery parts, with a single weight of ≤30 kg), the hourly processing capacity is ≥60 pieces;

◆Cleaning effect meets the standard of GB8923-88 Sa2.0-2.5;

◆Core Component Service Life: Shot Blaster Bearings: ≥ 3,000 hours (adopting sealed double-row roller bearings to reduce dust intrusion); Suspension Conveyor Chain: ≥ 5,000 hours (the chain surface is treated with carburizing and quenching, with a wear amount of ≤ 0.2 mm per 1,000 hours); Dust Removal Filter Cartridge: ≥ 6,000 hours (using PTFE membrane-coated filter material, with a filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.9%).
